10 Corso Como brand was founded in 1990 by the gallerist and publisher Carla Sozzani, who devoted it to art, fashion and design. A former journalist and fashion editor Carla Sozzani first opened a gallery and bookstore under this name. In 1991 opened the 10 Corso Como fashion design store was opened, in 1998 cafe and restaurant, and in 2003 the hotel "3 rooms" was founded.

Multifunctional philosophy allows it to present a unique blend of art, fashion, music, design, cuisine and culture from around the world.
