In the Curling Bros. barbershop in 1891, Westlake NY, a fire broke out and burned the Curling Bros. barbershop to the ground. All the tonics with their spearmint, lime, vanilla and lavender burned. A charred bottle was found half- full that survived the conflagration. It smelled like this.
